While our immediate focus is the export of raw cashew nuts, our long-term vision goes beyond commodity trading. Jowax aims to establish a modern cashew-processing facility in Ghana that will transform raw cashew nuts into high-quality kernels and other value-added products.
Through this transition from raw commodity exports to local processing, Jowax seeks to create greater value within West Africa, strengthen opportunities for farmers, generate employment, and contribute to the growth of Ghana's cashew-processing industry.

Our operations are strategically connected to Sampa, Ghana, a major cashew trading hub located near the Ghana–Côte d'Ivoire border. This strategic location gives Jowax access to cashew supplies from both Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire, supported by established relationships with farmers, aggregators, and trading partners across the two countries.

About Our CEO
Meet Joseph Atterh Puplampu
Joseph Atterh Puplampu, founder and CEO of Jowax Interlink Global Limited, began his journey in the cashew industry through his service as a police officer in Sampa, Ghana—one of the country's major cashew trading hubs.
During his three-year deployment, Joseph encountered numerous disputes involving farmers, local cashew buyers, traders, and international actors, including traders from Côte d'Ivoire doing business with their Ghanaian counterparts. Many of these disputes centered on trust, payment, contractual commitments, and the delivery of cashew nuts. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the challenges affecting relationships across the cashew supply chain.
His close relationships with farmers and traders eventually led him into the business himself. He began sourcing cashew directly from farmers and supplying established buyers, gradually developing a network across Sampa, Jaman North, and surrounding communities.
Today, Joseph is pursuing a Master's degree in International Business at Pennsylvania State University, building on his bachelor's degree in Political Science and Linguistics from the University of Ghana.
Through Jowax, his vision is to build trusted connections between West African cashew producers and global markets, beginning with exports to international processors and ultimately establishing modern cashew-processing capacity in Ghana.
